Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BitGuard, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality antivirus solutions with complete satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for our products: BitGuard Antivirus Pro Max, BitGuard Total Security Max and BitGuard Enterprise Security Max.

1. Product Activation & Delivery

  • Our antivirus products are delivered digitally via activation keys and download links after successful payment.
  • Once the license key is activated on a device, it is considered consumed and non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once due to a technical error, we will refund the extra payment.
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the product/license key within 24–48 hours of payment (and after contacting support), you may request a refund.
  • Invalid/Non-Working Key: If the activation key provided is invalid or defective, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

  • If the product has been successfully activated.
  • If issues arise due to incompatibility with your system (please check system requirements before purchase).
  • If the request is made beyond 7 days of purchase.
  • For user negligence, such as losing the activation key or accidental deletion.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Since our products are digital licenses, cancellations are not possible once the activation key is delivered to the customer’s email/registered account.
  • Orders placed but not paid for can be cancelled before completion of the payment process.

4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
